Getting you started: Cecile's 'Get-it-on' Playlist

The possibility I created with my 'Get-it-on' playlist was one of juiciness, openness, connection, complete lack of inhibition and climax. Having tested this Playlist in real-life situations, let me just say: Mission Accomplished.

You can play your songs in Shuffle mode and let serendipity take you where you need to be; or you can control the order and build up.

If you go for the latter, consider organizing your songs in 3 phases:

  1. Approaching: the flirty phase
  2. Making out: the merging phase
  3. Sexing up: the climax phase

Mindful Listening

While you gather your sexy songs and play them at critical times of your day and life, practice mindful, active listening. It might sound paradoxical. What it means is that while listening, be into the song, present with it, its lyrics, its beat, its rhythm. All at the same time, actively trigger thoughts that turn you on and let your mind go down that path.

By doing so, you will create a physical response to the ecstatic experience of being one with the music:

  • Be particularly present in the phrases of the songs which you know make you vibrate
  • Imagine and feel yourself in action with a lover, kissing on a street corner; laying down under a blanket by the fireplace; making love on a rainy day
  • Let your mind wander down the path of an ideal romantic or passionate scenario, whether reminiscing or inventing a new story
